Noor means "light." Noor Adult Day Health Care Center brings warmth, dignity, and expert care to older adults and adults with chronic conditions in the West San Fernando Valley, and peace of mind to the families who love them.
Our Mission
Our mission at Noor Adult Day Health Care Center is to provide a safe community for all individuals, offering support services and comprehensive care to achieve or maintain independence, health, and happiness.
Our Program
Assist participants in maintaining and/or restoring their optimal level of health.
Rehabilitate participants to the fullest extent possible, helping them achieve independent living and preventing premature placement in long-term care.
